Your role
- Involvement in all stages of the projects (HV / MV / LV / low current)
- Accurately understand and interpret the requirements of the customer and maintain a good relationship with the client throughout the project
- Conduct studies relating to managing the supply, distribution, lighting, sockets, fire alarms, ventilation and hydraulics (HVAC, measurement/control/regulation), access, security and gas detection systems
- Establish power balance and interconnection diagrams. – Establish the technical specifications, electrical diagrams, parts list, list of cables and location of electrical cabinets
- Prepare the tender documents, consult suppliers and make comparisons
- Monitor the work undertaken
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers throughout the project
Your profile
- Training to be a CFC-certified electrician (Federal Certificate of Proficiency) or HES-certified engineer (university of applied sciences)
- 5 years of professional experience in a design office
- Knowledge of the electrical standards in Switzerland, CAN (Catalogue of Standard Building Descriptions)
- Knowledge of E-Plan software
- Building site experience an advantage
- REVIT experience an advantage
- Good writing skills
- Thorough, accurate, open
- B1 level of English as a minimum with a command of technical vocabulary
- German an advantage
